In these videos, skating and synthetic ice expert, Perry Boskus, demonstrates proper hockey skating techniques and training methods.
Part 2 of the series goes beyond the skating basics of Part 1 and provides advanced hockey skating tips such as methods for turning around and doing backwards crossovers.
